Disorganization
2025-09-26
Well, here we are again. Another day, more shit news.
Here's what we saw happening over the last few days:
- Hesgeth is convening a gathering off all the top brass in the military
- Trump has made Antifa into a real thing, and made it terrorism to be part of it
- Bondi brought charges against an FBI director 5 years after the fact and has no evidence
- 1200 people remain missing from ICE custody in Alligator Alcatraz
- Brad Lander and company staged a demonstration in Immigration court, an ICE agent has been filmed attacking a woman in plain sight
- Argentina is getting a bailout, by Trump with our money
- Government shutdown seems likely because the morons can't get their own shit together
- Netenyahu is getting walked out on at the UN
- I'm trying to figure out how to get embeds working properly
One of those is to be expected, the others are criminal acts by a fascist regime,
While people still go about their daily lives, arguing about foreign policy, dividing themselves like shit hitting a wall and spreading on the way down.
Plop. There goes more pictures of cats on the internet. Distractions are good. I like cats.
Disorganization seems to be the order of the day. The American people don't seem to give a shit other than when a comedian can't get on the air, or maybe it's just that they are discovering they have options.
I've begun to reach out to the local political hacks across the city. I don't have the credentials to bust in and harass them like the ICE agent who attacked a panicking woman in the hallway of a courthouse. However, I have something they don't. Conviction, righteousness, and a lack of general fear.
I lost that a while ago. Much to the disappointment of people around me who still have that inkling that things may turn out alright. I'm not willing to sit back and sip the nazi-juice dripping down many people's chins.
Yes, free speech comes with risk, and while the masses need to continue to serve the powers that oppress them I feel that tug often.
There seems to be hyper-focus about how political violence isn't the answer. I tend to agree.
What's political about watching people get disappeared in the thousands, while Republicans, politicians, and goose-steppers walk all over what used to be common decency? Here's that ICE officer attacking someone who needed to be hospitalized after you may need to go to the site to see the video. Still learning this new platform.
I was back at 26 Federal Plaza today, where an ICE agent violently threw this bereft woman to the ground in front of her kids. She had not touched him. She did not pose any threat. She had to be taken to the hospital. (🎥: Elias Eliahu)

I've been seeing a lot of old white men and women on socials chiming in that they are tired of it. Sorry, you're not. You're tired of sitting there and pretending it isn't happening maybe? Good for you. Now do something about it. We will need to risk ourselves to stand up for people who have no option to.
I don't have any faith in the shareholders. They haven't ever looked after anything but profit. That isn't going to change by sitting back and cancelling Disney+ for a week. It won't change unless we start talking about how the natural path here is to organize.
Organization is imperative to the next few months. Maybe Hesgeth is getting everyone together for a loyalty pledge. That's terrifying in itself. It could be worse. Maybe he's planning to tell the commanders to get ready to deploy to the City. Maybe he's getting ready to rip and replace the ones who have any backbone. Haven't seen many spines around lately.
What he doesn't have, and the others who had power to avert the situation we find ourselves in now is any accountability. I said I was pissed off, now time to put boots to the dirt and start digging. Maybe we'll find corpses, but at the minimum we'll get some exercise in.
In the meantime, Comey has a response to the mess here:
Let's hope he gets a wake up call, there should be no faith in the justice system at this point. The Department of Justice has been co-opted into a political hit squad. ICE has moved from actually helping people into a force of Proud Boys with guns and a little extra racism since the Supreme Court decided it was fine to racially profile people. Not that it wasn't happening before...it's just publicly acknowledged now.
How many people need to suffer for you to get off your ass and talk to people about it? Here's some bullshit to do to make yourself feel better:
- Start a Signal group to talk about this bullshit without eyes on you
- Learn what a web of trust is, and apply that discipline to your life
- Deny any help to the regime, act like a buffoon, or simply forget to comply
- Know what you're willing to sacrifice to get your freedom back
- Don't stay silent when you see the shit happening
It could be much worse, but, as reminded by Hunter S. Thompson, sometimes you need to be in the shit to understand it.
Talk, mobilize, learn to own your mistakes so you can look in the mirror when your kids ask you what you did to stop the dictator and his goons. At least it will make a good conversation piece when they put us all in a gulag.
